Refund & Returns Policy

Effective Date: September 30, 2025

We want you to love your watch. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

1) Return Window

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

2) Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn/unused, in original packaging, with all tags and protective films intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We may refuse returns that show wear, are missing parts/packaging, or fall outside the return window.

Non-returnable items: gift cards, final-sale items (if marked), and any items damaged through misuse or not in resellable condition.

3) How to Start a Return

Email jay@sheffieldwatches.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item you’re returning, and the reason for return. We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions.

Please pack securely in a padded mailer or cushioned box. Customer pays return shipping. We recommend a trackable service; risk of loss passes to us only when received.

4) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email jay@sheffieldwatches.com right away with photos. We’ll evaluate and make it right (replacement or refund, as applicable).

5) Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

6) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial:

  • Approved refunds: issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

  • If 15 business days have passed since approval and you don’t see the refund, contact jay@sheffieldwatches.com.

Partial refunds may apply if items are not in original condition or are missing parts (unless due to our error).

7) International & EU Returns

  • Duties/Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees; these are non-refundable by us.

  • EU Right of Withdrawal: For orders shipped into the European Union, you may cancel for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Email jay@sheffieldwatches.com for instructions.

8) Warranty (Separate from Returns)

Manufacturing or mechanical issues may be covered under our 1-year limited warranty for the original owner (normal use only). Warranty claims follow a separate process and are not subject to the 7-day return window. To start a warranty claim, email jay@sheffieldwatches.com with your order number, description, and photos/video.
