Rates & Duties

Shipping Rates: Calculated by the carrier at checkout. Rates shown at checkout are based on your shipping address and the order’s weight and dimensions.

International Orders: Rates charged at checkout are for the carrier service only. Local duties, taxes, and VAT (if applicable) are not included in our charges. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and are usually billed by the carrier before or at delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Delays
We do our best to meet estimated timeframes, but delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather, or factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for such delays once the package has left our facility.
Risk of Loss
All orders are shipped FOB (Free On Board) from our warehouse in Hideout, Utah. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
