Purchase & Cancellations Policy

At Sheffield Watches, we aim to make every purchase clear, transparent, and worry-free. Below you’ll find information about how our purchases, subscriptions, pre-orders, and try-before-you-buy items work — along with details on cancellations. General Purchases

  • Orders are processed within 0–2 business days unless otherwise specified.

  • Shipping times vary by carrier, typically 0–7 business days, for a total delivery estimate of 0–9 days.

  • Rates shown at checkout are based on your shipping address, package weight, and dimensions.

  • International customers: duties, taxes, or VAT are not included in shipping rates and may be billed by your local carrier before or at delivery.


Pre-Orders

Pre-orders let you reserve out-of-stock or soon-to-launch products.

  • We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, securely storing your payment method.

  • The remaining balance (if any) will be charged once the item is ready to ship.

  • You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.

  • Once fulfilled, pre-orders cannot be canceled, but you may request a refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.


Try Before You Buy

Certain products may be eligible for a trial period.

  • We authorize your payment method at checkout but do not charge you immediately.

  • You’ll have a set number of days to decide whether to keep the item.

  • If returned within the trial window, you will not be charged.

  • If you keep the item beyond the trial period, your payment method will be charged in full.


Cancellations Summary

  • Subscriptions: Cancel anytime before the next billing date.

  • Pre-orders: Cancel if not yet fulfilled (partially paid orders only).

  • Try Before You Buy: Return within the trial window to avoid charges.
