Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services provided by Sheffield Strategic (“Sheffield,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing from or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use our site or purchase our products.
1) Eligibility & Use
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase. You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose and to comply with all applicable laws.
2) Orders, Pricing & Availability

Order Acceptance. All orders are offers to buy and may be accepted or rejected by us at our sole discretion (for example, suspected fraud or inventory errors).

Pricing & Errors. Prices may change without notice. We may cancel orders that contain pricing, typographical, or availability errors, even after confirmation; if so, we’ll promptly refund any amounts paid.

Taxes. You’re responsible for any applicable sales, use, VAT, customs, or import duties.

Risk of Loss; Title. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
3) Shipping
Shipping options, costs, and timeframes are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
4) Returns & Refunds (Consumer Policy)

7-Day Returns. You have 7 days from receipt to request a return.

Condition. Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn/unused, in original packaging—with receipt or proof of purchase.

Packaging & Cost. Please pack securely in a padded mailer or cushioned box. Customer pays return shipping.

Inspections & Refunds. We’ll notify you after inspection whether the return is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days pass without a refund after approval, contact jay@sheffieldwatches.com.

Damages/Issues. Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right.

Exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
EU Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off)
For orders shipped into the European Union, consumers may cancel for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Email jay@sheffieldwatches.com for instructions.
5) Limited Warranty
We warrant each watch against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of sale to the original owner. This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, accidents, water exposure beyond rating, normal wear and tear (scratches/finish), straps/bracelets, batteries, or products opened/modified/serviced by non-authorized providers.
To make a warranty claim: email jay@sheffieldwatches.com with your order number, description, and photos/video. We’ll provide return instructions for inspection. If a covered defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. (Customer is responsible for shipping to us; if approved, we cover standard return shipping back to you.)
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state or country.
6) Intellectual Property
All content on the site (text, images, logos, graphics) is owned by Sheffield or its licensors and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
7) User Content & Feedback
If you send ideas, reviews, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for business purposes. You represent you have the rights to submit such content and that it is lawful and non-infringing.
8) Prohibited Uses
You may not: (a) violate any laws; (b) infringe IP or privacy rights; (c) transmit malware, spam, or harmful code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or (e) interfere with site operation.
9) Third-Party Links & Services
We may link to third-party sites or use third-party services (e.g., payment processors, shipping carriers). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.
10) Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in these Terms or our written warranty, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sheffield and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
12) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Sheffield harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site/products.
13) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Informal Resolution. Contact us first at jay@sheffieldwatches.com to try to resolve any dispute.
Arbitration (Optional Clause). If you want binding arbitration with a class-action waiver, say so and I’ll add a standard AAA/JAMS clause. Otherwise, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Summit County, Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14) Privacy
Your purchase and site use are also governed by our Privacy Policy (how we collect, use, and protect your data).
15) Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
16) Severability; Entire Agreement; Waiver
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with any policy referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sheffield regarding the site and products. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
