The Sheffield 1A Steel Automatic takes a classic tool-watch approach, available in both left- and right-hand crown configurations, featuring a black dial with highly legible markers and hands. The 40mm 316L stainless steel case, sapphire crystal, and unique 12-hour steel bezel complement the reliable Japanese Miyota 8215 automatic movement. A stainless steel bracelet with a side-release clasp completes the look and gives the watch its “Steel” name.
When we first revived Sheffield three years ago, we offered the Diver 1 with a left-hand crown. That distinctive feature returns by popular demand in this new automatic model. The 12-hour rotating bezel also provides a simple, practical alternative to a GMT function, allowing you to track a second time zone without the complexity of an additional hand.
